Day 3 of Two Week Cooking Challenge

So today I made what I'm going to call Camper's Delight. Super simple to toss together and super delicious! Chris said he could eat this everyday. lol

Ingredients:

1 pkg Eckridge Skinless Sausage
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 or 2 Zucchinis 
8-10  small Yukon Gold Potatoes (I bought a small bag and used about half)
1 Red Onion

Chop all ingredients into slices and toss together. Place in large pieces of foil and seal shut.
Place on top rack of grill and cook on medium to medium-high heat for 30 mins.

Empty into bowl and top with Tony's seasoning. Enjoy. :)
